Gold Coast, October 2026 — Melbourne-based developer Hirsch and Faigen has moved The Eveleigh into construction after securing more than $100 million in sales and has appointed national builder Maxcon to deliver the project.
The $240 million The Eveleigh apartment development in Broadbeach on the central Gold Coast is the company’s fourth Gold Coast project in five years.
The Eveleigh’s buyer pool is dominated by local and interstate purchasers, underscoring the continued appeal of the Gold Coast as a destination for both owner-occupiers and property investors.
Prolific architectural firm Rothelowman has designed both Eveleigh’s striking tower and its interiors, creating a cohesive design that extends from the building’s distinctive façade through to its refined resident spaces.

Hirsch and Faigen director Daniel Faigen said the company was unsurprised by the strength of its latest Gold Coast project after delivering three high rise apartments over the last four years to the country’s strongest off the plan market.
“The appointment of Maxcon sets us on track to deliver The Eveleigh early to mid-2028.”
ANZ Backs The Eveleigh Development
Adding to buyer confidence, the project has secured a major bank as the funding partner.
Mr Faigen said having ANZ on board for The Eveleigh gives buyers further certainty that these homes will be delivered.
“Their support reflects the strength of the development and our track record of delivering.”
The project launched in January 2026 and is now 70 per cent sold.

Sales Performance and Market Position
Sales have been undertaken by national agency Urban Activation, which acts for some of the largest and best-known developers on the eastern seaboard.
Urban Activation sales director Matt George said the take-up in The Eveleigh in Broadbeach had been unsurprising given the continued strength of the Gold Coast.
“Hirsch and Faigen has delivered more than $700 million across three projects on the Gold Coast in the last four years, selling these projects out very quickly.
We were confident when we launched in January that there was continued underlying strength in a Gold Coast market constrained by supply and being delivered by developers with a proven track record and with an established builder.”
Sales prices at The Eveleigh are ranging from $1,400,000 to $3,500,000, with half floor penthouses available from $5,000,000.
