West Side Place is a luxurious mixed-use development located in Melbourne, Australia. The development is one of the largest of its kind in the city and features a range of residential, retail, and hotel spaces. The project developers, Far East Consortium, bought the 1.2ha site from developer ISPT in 2012 for $75 million.

The second stage of the huge project included the construction of two seperate 235m towers, one of which boasts a 300-key, 4-star Dorsett Hotel.
