Ature Group has secured development approval for an exquisite slender tower named ‘Sola’ that promises to redefine luxury living in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. This development, situated at 158 Surf Parade, is set to be a pinnacle in the portfolio of Ature Group, marking their largest and most opulent undertaking to date.

Sola, designed by Prospect Apartment Architecture and Esat Studio, stands out with its slender design encompassing 20 full-floor apartments on Surf Parade. This prime location offers stunning views of the Gold Coast, overlooking the renowned Broadbeach United Soccer Club. The tower’s design, inspired by a contemporary beach house narrative fused with Mediterranean architectural details, seamlessly integrates into the existing urban landscape.

The creative minds driving this project belong to the founders of the esteemed Queensland-based global fashion house, SABO and Zaco. George Kouzoukas, alongside his sister Thessy Batsinilas and wife Yiota, have been instrumental not only in the fashion industry since 2011 but also in the quiet pursuit of creating sophisticated commercial and luxury residential properties for over a decade.

With a footprint of just 269 sqm on a 640 sqm site, the tower reflects a meticulous response to the solar aspect while maintaining harmony with neighboring structures. The project draws its aesthetic inspiration directly from the founders’ journeys worldwide as they introduced the SABO and Zaco brands to global acclaim.

“Sola is an organic extension of our commitment to exploring our creative abilities. Drawing from the same principles that have shaped our fashion house, we’re embarking on crafting living spaces where sophistication converges with innovation, weaving the artistry of design into the fabric of contemporary living,” commented George Kouzoukas, Director of Ature Group.

The Sola tower in Broadbeach is a testament to Ature Group’s dedication to delivering penthouse-inspired lifestyles, catering to discerning buyers seeking a distinctive and elevated living experience. The synergy between SABO, Zaco, and Ature is evident, as each brand is driven by sophisticated design, and Ature Group serves as the manifestation of the SABO founders’ vision in property development.

Neighbouring luxury projects along the Surf Parade strip, such as the Rochester by Polycell Group and Marella by the Mosaic Property Group, underscores the strong track record of opulent apartment projects in the Broadbeach market.

The site, acquired in 2022 for an estimated $6 million, is poised to deliver 20 exclusive full-floor apartments characterized by bespoke finishes, custom stone, wood interiors, and top-tier amenities. Sola’s launch into the market is scheduled for February 2024 with MOTIV project marketing, promising a unique and refined living experience that echoes Broadbeach’s bold identity as the heart and soul of the Gold Coast.
