Sherpa Property Group has taken a step forward in the development of their luxury Perspective Nexus project in Palm Beach by appointing LPS Group as the builder. The project recently received council approval, signifying a crucial milestone in its progress.

Sherpa Property Group, led by founder Christie Leet, has been making strides towards a 50 per cent sell-out, having secured contracts totalling $48 million. The decision to bring LPS Group on board as the builder comes as the project is now fully approved by the council.

Perspective Nexus, designed by HAL Architects, will rise on a 1,583sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway. The nine-storey project will feature 32 spacious apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with private rooftops. Residents will enjoy luxurious communal amenities, including a dedicated wellness space, spa, pool, private dining, and a wellness garden.

The development also prioritizes sustainability and convenience, offering 79 car parks, electric car charging stations, individual apartment storage, a car wash bay, parcel delivery storage, including cold storage, and more.

LPS Group, a prominent builder in Queensland, is known for its strategic business model, aligning with a select number of key developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. Christie Leet expressed his enthusiasm, stating,

“Receiving development approval and having a reputable builder locked in and ready to go marks a significant milestone for Perspective Nexus, affirming its journey from vision to reality.”

Describing LPS Group as one of Queensland’s most accomplished builders, Mr. Leet emphasized their shared philosophy of a ‘less is more’ approach.

“We only take on the work we can handle, which allows us to focus on delivering a quality finished product, and in LPS, we are partnering with a builder that fully understands our vision for Nexus.”

LPS Director Mark Short echoed the sentiment, expressing excitement about being involved in Perspective Nexus and highlighting Sherpa’s industry reputation for creating timeless developments.

“After working closely with Sherpa in the lead-up to our appointment as builder, we are confident that with Nexus, we will be delivering an iconic residential development for the southern Gold Coast.”

This venture adds to Sherpa Property Group’s impressive portfolio and marks the 12th project undertaken by the company in the Gold Coast region. Mr. Leet indicated a strong market response from local buyers, prompting the company to fast-track construction. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024, with completion anticipated in the third quarter of 2025.
