Sherpa Property Group is set to elevate the Gold Coast’s luxury living landscape with its newest project, Perspective Helm, now approved by the Gold Coast City Council. Situated on the prestigious north-facing riverfront at 107 Stanhill Dr, Chevron Island, this development promises to offer an unparalleled residential experience.

Perspective Helm will introduce a collection of boutique residences, marking a significant first for the Sherpa Perspective brand with the inclusion of marina berths. This premium feature is anticipated to attract elite boating aficionados eager for direct access to The Broadwater and the ocean, setting a new standard in luxury waterfront living.

The project has already generated significant local interest, with expressions of interest pouring in through a waitlist despite the sales phase not yet commencing. Among its standout features is a state-of-the-art security system, which will be the most advanced on the Gold Coast.

Daniel Clarke, Managing Director of Sherpa Property Group, shared his elation at the recent approval of Perspective Helm,

“We are thrilled to have been granted approval to proceed with this project that we believe will deliver a unique lifestyle that’s better than beachfront,”.

“We’ve received a great deal of local pre-launch enquiries into the project. This highlights to us that the unique product type we will be bringing to Chevron Island is striking a chord in the neighbourhood, particularly those who want to decrease their maintenance and streamline their lifestyle. We also expect there to be significant interstate and international interest as this is a world-class address.” said Mr Clarke.

The three-storey Perspective Helm will offer a refined selection of 10 residences, including four waterfront villas, four river residences, and two two-storey penthouses. Each residence will boast spacious interiors, high-end finishes, and configurations of 3-4 bedrooms plus multi-purpose rooms. Staying true to Sherpa’s values of innovation and minimalism, the development is set to epitomize these principles.

Residents will enjoy a range of premium amenities, such as a wellness center equipped with a cold plunge, spa, sauna, and Pilates machines. The high-quality, bespoke architecture will be crafted by HAL Architects, while the interior design will be handled by the renowned MAS Architecture studio. With a due north aspect, Perspective Helm will offer stunning views of the river, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, and Budds Beach.

The official launch of Perspective Helm is imminent, with construction slated to begin at the end of 2024. The group initially lodged their development application to the Gold Coast City Council (GCCC) in mid-2023, with the full approval for the luxury project now achieved. As the Gold Coast continues to grow in both population and popularity, projects like Perspective Helm exemplify the region’s commitment to luxury living and innovative design.
