Murcia Residences by Sarazin is the latest residential project launching right in the heart of the Woolloongabba 2032 Summer Olympics precinct, in Brisbane, Australia. The project is being launched by the Drive Property Group, in conjunction with Sarazin, which marks their fourth launch of luxury residential apartment projects in the transforming precinct.

Located on the corner of Wellington Road and Overend Street, Murcia by Sarazin aims to offer a contemporary and stylish living option to its residents. Spread across 21 levels and 187 apartments, the luxurious residences are expected to feature modern amenities, functional layouts, and high-quality finishes. The interiors will feature stone benchtops, wine fridges, timber flooring, dual bath and shower rooms, along with stunning views from resident balconies. Murcia will feature a collection of large 4-bedroom and penthouse level options, with the Brisbane luxury apartment soaring with interstate buyers wanting to now call the ‘River City’ home.

Sarazin’s Queensland director Adam Rainbird spoke of the project’s unique design set to transform Woolloongabba further.

Woolloongabba is a vibrant and sought-after suburb in Brisbane, known for its convenient location and urban lifestyle. It offers easy access to the city center, major transportation routes, and a wide range of amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. The area is also home to notable landmarks such as The Gabba Stadium, which hosts Cricket and Australian Rules Football matches.

Murcia sits within the Woolloongabba Priority Development Area (PDA), which has been earmarked for major transformation after the announcement of the 2032 Brisbane Summer Olympic Games. The zone is now under review as part of the Brisbane Inner Strategy, which has idenitied various areas within Brisbane to assess the regions plans for growth. Woolloongabba sits in a rare location, 3.0km’s to the CBD, and has been relatively untouched for decades as a low-set light industrial area.
