Marquee Development Partners, a prominent developer in Queensland, have recently unveiled their much-anticipated luxury apartment venture on the southern Gold Coast, La Belle Palm Beach.

Marquee’s latest project occupies the largest remaining absolute beachfront site on the Gold Coast, previously owned by multiple world motorcycle champion Mick Doohan. It will feature 74 premium beachfront apartments spread across 14 levels, offering panoramic views stretching from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. This project marks the 11th development offering to the Gold Coast market by the prolific Marquee team.

Situated on a 3300 square metre site with an impressive 40 metres of beach frontage, the development will offer three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts, ranging from 150sqm to 680sqm, tailored to meet the demands of the Gold Coast’s thriving owner-occupier market. Marquee has innovatively incorporated five double-storey beach homes into the design, providing up to 388sqm of living space.

The apartments will be surrounded by a beach oasis, complemented by the site’s size and the boutique nature of the larger apartment designs, with prices starting at $2.15 million.

“Palm Beach has emerged as one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after markets and La Belle is a world-class project that we have designed to meet sustained demand for premium residences on the southern Gold Coast,” said Jacques Winterburn, Director of Marquee Development Partners.

“We’re taking full advantage of this extremely rare site to create a residential masterpiece that not only meets the needs of discerning buyers, but also remains true to the spirit that sets the southern Gold Coast apart.

“La Belle Palm Beach stands as Marquee’s crowning achievement, marking our 11th venture on the Gold Coast. With seven successful projects already completed and three more sold out and underway, we’re excited to be presenting another development that we know will resonate with owner-occupiers, as well as people seeking a holiday home”.

Marquee has meticulously crafted La Belle Palm Beach to encapsulate the unique allure of its location, attracting discerning buyers. This follows the success of the company’s previous Gold Coast project, the $126 million Monterey Kirra Beach, which sold out quickly, with apartments averaging $5.79 million each in the last three months.

Even before its official launch, La Belle Palm Beach has garnered interest from local downsizers and interstate buyers, indicating strong market demand.

“The interest in this site and this project has been quite amazing with many inquiries coming from several buyers whom have purchased in our earlier projects, underscoring the trust and satisfaction with Marquee and the projects we deliver,” said Azura Griffen, Sales Manager at Marquee Development Partners.

“We are seeing demand for our products holding up extremely well, especially for beachfront apartments where we know there is an acute shortage of supply. Quite simply this is the largest absolute beachfront project on the Gold Coast, and we have designed a boutique tower around the scale of the site with a range of well-considered lifestyle amenities within the building to suit owner-occupiers.”

Designed by award-winning Cottee Parker Architects and detailed by BDA Architecture, the development promises an array of world-class amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and spa, multiple teppanyaki dining bars, a resident’s lounge with a billiard room and bar, and a wellness centre with state-of-the-art facilities.

Located at 332 The Esplanade in the coveted North Palm Beach area, La Belle Palm Beach offers a tranquil residential oasis strategically positioned between Palm Beach and Burleigh Heads.

“La Belle Palm Beach presents a unique opportunity where residents can seamlessly step straight onto the sand without navigating through roads or pedestrian pathways,” said Ms Griffen.

“Situated next to a thriving small community surf lifesaving club and cafe, it provides the rare privilege of enjoying a year-round patrolled beach right at your doorstep and a sensational spot to catch up with friends for a café latte.”

Construction for La Belle Palm Beach is slated to commence in July 2024, with Marquee anticipating high anticipation and interest in the project.
