Step into the future of urban living with GURNER™ Group’s latest venture, ‘Elysium Fields’ – a revolutionary mega-project redefining wellness, luxury, and community in the heart of Docklands. This groundbreaking venture aims to revolutionize urban living by integrating futuristic wellness and anti-ageing principles into a sprawling city oasis spanning 27,000 square meters.

Elysium Fields is envisioned as a private, biosphere-like haven, reminiscent of sci-fi utopias. Residents will experience tranquility and rejuvenation amidst a futuristic landscape, with access to cutting-edge anti-ageing technologies and holistic wellness facilities.

Drawing inspiration from American Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman’s five pillars of health, Elysium Fields prioritizes sleep, sunlight, movement, nutrition, and social connection.

At Elysium Fields, residents will enjoy access to cutting-edge anti-ageing treatments and facilities, including cryotherapy, IV infusions, dry and infrared saunas, red light therapy, grounding, and PEMF beds. Additionally, they’ll have the opportunity to visit the Elysian Reverse Ageing Medical Clinic, offering a range of medical-grade procedures such as MRIs, DEXA scans, brain scans, blood testing, and personalized health plans.

Moreover, residents will have exclusive access to the expansive Saint Haven club, the largest venue within the Gurner Group’s portfolio, spanning approximately 5,000 square meters. They’ll also indulge in the Haven Ancient Baths concept, curated by the Gurner Group, boasting 15 varieties of enriched water for enhanced health benefits. This ancient bathhouse, known as Haven Ancient Baths, will stand as one of the world’s largest, blending modern technology with centuries-old bathing traditions to provide residents with a truly rejuvenating experience.

Tim Gurner, Founder and Executive Chairman of GURNER™, emphasized the magnitude of the project and reiterated the company’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing health and wellness in their residential lifestyle developments.

“Through Gurner Group’s focus on progressive wellness and holistic health, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our members and customers, I am increasingly driven to create an ultimate wellness experience for the communities in which our buildings sit, that brings together cutting edge wellness and health amenities with a connection to nature, which we now know unequivocally improves sleep, our mental state of being and unlocks myriad health benefits.

“When you enter Elysium Fields you will be stepping into another world – one that is serene, clean, vibrant and grounding, and when you’re amongst the project’s forest and landscape you’ll feel like you could be anywhere in the world, while being right on the doorstep of the CBD.

“Elysium Fields is going to be akin to a Utopian community, where residents can access the world’s best reverse ageing and health treatments while breathing in filtered air and drinking filtered water.

“We now have a huge amount of data and research about anti-ageing and optimal health via Saint Haven, Elysium Fields will see us execute this on a residential scale, meaning our community won’t just have access to the best treatments, they will be living and breathing it in their own homes, too.

“This precinct will be not just a place, but an immersive experience will rival other destinations not just within Australia but globally.”

Designed by Fraser & Partners, the project extends beyond individual residences, with over 3,700 square meters of lush gardens and landscapes designed to foster a connection with nature. Innovative features include rooftop sports courts, private wellness clubs, and a vibrant retail and dining precinct. Central to Elysium Fields is the concept of forest bathing, providing residents with serene green spaces to unwind amidst the urban hustle. Each residence is designed to promote optimal health, incorporating features like filtered air purifiers and circadian lighting.

A collaboration between GURNER™ and City Harbour, alongside the Liberman family, who possess the development rights to the project, forms the Joint Venture behind the Docklands precinct. Positioned strategically, this precinct serves as a pivotal link between the southern CBD, the Docklands harbor waterfront, and the western suburbs.

Situated on a 27,000-square-meter island infill site at 208-226 Harbour Esplanade, the development is poised to accommodate approximately 1,700 dwellings upon completion, with an estimated end value of $1.7 billion.

The project encompasses over 1,350 Build to Rent (BTR) and Build to Sell (BTS) apartments, alongside a vibrant retail and hospitality precinct. Additionally, it features a 4-star short-stay hotel comprising around 100 rooms and a premier 5-star hotel situated within the main tower, offering over 250 rooms equipped with state-of-the-art conference facilities, a business club, and various hospitality amenities.

“Our aim for this project is to completely transform and revitalise the Docklands, re-energising it with public gardens, greenery and an unprecedented connection to health and wellness.

“There will be absolutely nothing like this in Australia, this precinct will need to be seen to be believed and we can’t wait to launch it to the market later this year.” – Tim Gurner

Although plans for the site have been previously sanctioned, GURNER™ is now presenting a revised scheme aimed at enhancing activation within the public realm. The focus lies on improving pedestrian circulation, augmenting public amenities, and fostering greater connectivity with nature.

The final approval for the precinct rests with the Minister for Planning. The first stage includes three towers totalling 640 dwellings, of which GURNER™ plans to launch the first tower, a Build to Sell offering with 231 apartments, in Q3 this year. GURNER™ aims to redefine urban living standards with Elysium Fields, creating a benchmark for wellness-focused communities in Australia.
