Developers Central Element and MaxCap Group have launched a joint venture project located in the heart of Chatswood in Sydney, dubbed Ethos. The stunning new residential apartment development, located at 15 Ellis Street, has been designed by SJB Architects and is being built by Growthbuilt. It’s the first apartment project being delivered in Chatswood for several years, making it an important project and significant influx of residential housing for Sydney’s lower North Shore region.
