The project is coming off the back of their record setting residences Maison, which was delivered in the same exclusive location on Moray Street in the prime suburb of New Farm.
Chalk by Graya will be a luxury residential development, spread over 3-storeys at 228 Moray Street, New Farm. The project is designed by the Graya in house design team and will be built by their own internal construction arm, Graya Constructions.
